On January 19th 2024, NCAMA hosted their annual aquatics workshop at the Mike Shellito Indoor Pool in Roseville. We had three speakers focusing on The Fred Factor, crucial conversations, and public safety in recreation. The training concluded with an in-water training session, providing new ideas for in-service training and lifeguard development. This annal workshop is a great resource to network,  part-time management in a higher-level training, and learn new techniques and information that you can bring back to your organization.
